  • Publication number: 20110004397
Abstract: A CPU of a navigation device transmits probe information including link traveling information and average vehicle speed information at every predetermined time to an information distribution center. On the other hand, when receiving the probe information, a CPU of the information distribution center reads the road type corresponding to each link ID and user's average vehicle speed during uncongested road traveling from the probe information, and determines the vehicle speed region corresponding to this link ID from a vehicle speed region determination table. Thereafter, the CPU of the information distribution center creates traffic information from this vehicle speed region and the probe information, stores it in a center side traffic information DB and statistically processes traffic information of a certain period to generate a link cost corresponding to a link ID and a time zone of a relevant vehicle speed region of statistical traffic information.

  • Publication number: 20100243601
Abstract: Provided is a method for manufacturing a multilayer wiring board, whereby even if the multilayer wiring board suffers warping or irregularities, thin-film patterns with great uniformity that are to be used as a mask for forming a wiring layer can be obtained in a simple way. A primer-coated metal foil 20 composed of a primer resin layer 21 and a metal layer 22 is placed on a surface of a double-face CCL 10, which is prepared by applying metal layers 12 and 13 onto the surfaces of a support base 11, and the primer-coated metal foil 20 and the double-face CCL 10 are bonded and the primer resin layer 21 is cured. A via Vb is thereafter formed from the metal layer 22 side, and a metal-plate layer 30 is formed on the resulting metal layer 22. After that, the etched down metal-plate layer 30 and the metal layer 22 are patterned, and using the patterned layers as a mask, the primer resin layer 21 is patterned.

  • Publication number: 20100241344
Abstract: In a case where a CPU provided in an information distribution center has received, from a navigation apparatus, vehicle information together with a request command for requesting traffic information such as current traffic information, the CPU sets a road category that serves as a distribution target of the traffic information, based on one of a distance and a required travel time from a vehicle position to a destination. The CPU then extracts the traffic information that corresponds to the set road category and distributes it to the navigation apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20100228471
Abstract: When a destination is set, a CPU transmits to an information distribution center average vehicle speed information and so on together with a request command requesting for statistical traffic information. On the other hand, a CPU selects statistical traffic information per vehicle speed region of a predetermined vehicle speed region for each secondary mesh to thereby search for a basic route to the destination. Subsequently, the CPU identifies a vehicle speed region for each road type from the average vehicle speed information and a vehicle speed region determination table, selects for each mesh ID of all the secondary meshes through which the basic route passes the statistical traffic information per vehicle speed region corresponding to the vehicle speed region identified for each road type from the statistical traffic information per vehicle speed region classified by road types, and distributes it to a navigation device.

  • Patent number: 7788029
Abstract: Traveled link identifying system systems, methods, and programs receive information representing current positions of probe vehicles, the information acquired from each probe vehicle at predetermined distance intervals or at predetermined time intervals. The systems, methods, and programs store connection relationships between links, the links representing portions of roads within map data, and acquire position information from the communication device. The systems, methods, and programs detect links traveled by a probe vehicle on the basis of the acquired position information and determine, based on the stored connection relationships, whether it is possible to uniquely identify one combination of links connecting the detected traveled links. The systems, methods, and programs identify a path traveled by the probe vehicle as being a path between the detected travel links along the unique combination of links.
