  • Patent number: 12008499
Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a work planning program that causes at least one computer to execute a process, the process includes dividing a plurality of objects into a plurality of groups according to a type of a constraint condition set to each of the plurality of objects, the constraint condition being related to an order in which the plurality of objects are worked in a work line; and acquiring an order of the plurality of objects in the work line so that the constraint condition is satisfied in each of the plurality of groups.

  • Patent number: 11995816
Abstract: To improve a determination accuracy when determining each particle contained in an image of an object. An image analysis apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a shape determination unit configured to determine a shape of a particle included in a particle image that is extracted from an image of an object, so that an OK particle image which is a particle image of an OK particle that satisfies a predetermined standard for shape and a provisional NG particle image which is a particle image of a provisional NG particle that does not satisfy the predetermined standard, are obtained; a pseudo image generation unit configured to generate a pseudo image; and a similarity determination unit configured to determine whether the provisional NG image and the pseudo image are similar.

  • Patent number: 5404740
Abstract: A high-rigid type guiding device for guiding a steel material to be rolled comprises guide rollers toughened by satisfying the condition in which rigidity (K) at contact portions with the steel material is defined by:K=Fmax/Smaxwherein, Fmax represents the maximum load exerted on the guide rollers (Fmax=m.times.FT, 1.0.ltoreq.m.ltoreq.2.0), and Smax represents the maximum allowable value within a range in which increment S of a roller gap defined between the contact portions is determined (Smax=n.times..delta.1, 0.2.ltoreq.n.ltoreq.0.8). Consequently, the efficiency of rolling and the productivity of the rolled steel products can be improved, and the yielding efficiency and quality of the products can be heightened.

  • Patent number: RE28867
Abstract: A communication system between mobile and wayside stations wherein the mobile stations are traveling on a track which is divided into sections by means of an open-type transmission line paralleling the track. A frequency selection and conversion device for each section of transmission line or track is connected to the transmission line to define the length of each section. A series of lower frequency carriers transmitted on the line are allotted respectively to each specific section of transmission line. These low-frequency carriers travel with a low loss along the transmission line and they are selected and converted by their respective frequency selection and converter device to a common high-frequency carrier signal for leaky transmission to a mobile station on the corresponding track section.
