  • Patent number: 7154262
Abstract: A rotation angle detecting device includes a columnar permanent magnet that has a generally ring-shaped cross-section and a pair of magnetic poles, a pair of semi-cylindrical yokes disposed in a circumferential direction opposite the permanent magnet, a rotary shaft fixed to the permanent magnet at a shifted rotation axis and a magnetic sensor disposed in one of circumferential gaps between the yokes. The rotation axis and the magnetic poles are arranged so that the magnetic flux density becomes maximum at portions of the yoke less than 90 degrees angled from the circumferential gap in which the magnetic sensor is disposed.

  • Publication number: 20060240297
Abstract: A fuel cell unit of the present invention has, in a casing, a fuel cell stack in which plural fuel cells are stacked, monitoring means that detects and monitors voltage, temperature, and the like of the fuel cells, and voltage converting means that boosts output voltage of the fuel cell stack and outputs the boosted output voltage to the outside of the unit. The voltage converting means determines an optimum output current on the basis of states such as the voltage, temperature, and the like of the fuel cells that is output from the monitoring means, and increases or decreases the power generation current of the fuel cell stack.

  • Patent number: 7064967
Abstract: A battery voltage Ef of a fuel cell 1 is detected, and a current instruction value which transformed an electric power instruction value Pfc of the fuel cell is reduced at falling-down of the voltage Ef. A current limiter 8 makes the current instruction value a limit value at the time of the falling-down of Ef, and reduces the limit value according to the fall of Ef. For example, current instruction value is restricted so as to begin to reduce battery current IFC at voltage drop alarm level (first threshold value), and become zero at voltage drop protection level (second threshold value).

  • Patent number: 7054961
Abstract: A data transfer system allowing high-quality transfer of streaming data through a network having a relatively large delay variation in data delivery is disclosed. When transferring streaming data in packets from a server computer to a client computer through a repeater provided in the network, the repeater buffers a streaming packet for a set time period before forwarding it to the client computer. The set time period is determined so that a receiving time interval of packets at the client computer is substantially equal to a sending time interval of packets at the server computer.

  • Patent number: 7019516
Abstract: A magnetic sensor unit includes an actuator motor and a magnetic position sensor. The actuator motor has a magnetic circuit including motor magnets. The magnetic position sensor includes a sensor magnet and a hall element for detecting magnetic flux. Magnet clearances are formed between the motor magnets. The hall element is disposed outside of the motor to detect the magnetic flux in a direction penetrating through the magnet clearances, and which is perpendicular to a direction from one of the motor magnets to the other. In this disposition of the hall element, it is restricted that the hall element detects leaking magnetic flux from the motor magnets.

  • Patent number: 6988422
Abstract: A pair of magnetic flux collecting rings and a magnetic sensor are integrally covered by a molded resin to form a sub unit of a torque sensor. The pair of rings and sensors are integrated and are in contact with each other, i.e., the magnetic sensor is held in between respective magnetic flux collecting portions of the rings without any air gap formed therebetween. Magnetic flux collected by the rings can be detected by the magnetic sensor to a maximum degree, whereby the signal output of the magnetic sensor is enhanced and made stable.
