    Abstract: A device is provided to be able to spray over a wide range and suppress a chilling injury. In the device, a rotating nozzle is connected to a connection pipe having a connection passage in communication to a nozzle stem of an aerosol can to have an outlet directed laterally. The rotating nozzle comprises a hollow support having a connection passage connected to a connection passage outlet of the connection pipe and a hollow arm rotatably supported at a tip end of the support, and an arm orifice is provided at a tip end of a connection passage in the arm and oriented such that reaction force of spray causes the rotating nozzle to rotate and aerosol contents are sprayed forwardly of a rotating plane of the rotating nozzle.
