Abstract: A device for carrying or dragging various objects, such as animals, has a triangular-shaped handle with an eye formed proximate the object for receiving a rope to be connected to the object. The load associated with the object is concentrated at the eye of the handle.

Abstract: A tool, provided in the form of an up-drill sub, is comprised of a cylindrical body having a plurality of lobes integrally formed therewith and radially extending therefrom. Each lobe in turn is provided with a plurality of diamond cutting elements on an upwardly inclined surface of the lobe. The lobes are separated by channels or junk slots. The diamond cutting elements are arranged and configured on the sloping surface of the lobe to provide a cutting or reaming action as the tool is rotated and drawn upwardly in the bore. Tungsten carbide inserts are also provided on the circumferential gage surfaces of the lobes to provide gage protection. The ends of the sub are provided with selected pin or box connections in combination as appropriate so that the up-drill sub can be used anywhere within the drill string. Therefore, the up-drill sub may be used near the bit as a near bit or elsewhere in the drill string, such as a crossover sub between the drill collar and drill pipe or above a stabilizer.

Abstract: A hand warmer is provided which tightly fits against the waist of the user by means of an adjustable belt, and which substantially conforms to the curvature of the body. An elastic band is disposed in the interior of the muff for holding a heat source device therein, and means are provided at each end opening of the muff for selectively varying the size thereof between fully open and fully closed.

Abstract: A diamond milling cutter for elongating a laterally opening window in a well casing set in a well bore extending into the earth. The mill has a revolving surface which engages a sidetracking whipstock or the edge of the casing being milled to urge the mill off dead center on the casing edge and enhance the cutting action. One or more eccentric lobes engage the whipstock and cause the mill to revolve on a gyrating or non-fixed axis and effect oscillation of the cutter center laterally of the edge, or a broadly conical nose on the cutting face of the mill provides a wedge action against the casing to laterally move the mill off center and enhance the cutting action.
