    Abstract: A phlegmatized organic peroxide composition is disclosed which contains a liquid organic peroxide and a metallic soap of a higher fatty acid in an amount sufficient to phlegmatize the liquid peroxide. Viscosity modifiers may be added to render the composition non-tacky.
