    Abstract: A system and method for retrofitting a fuel delivery system of vehicle having internal combustion engine is disclosed. The system allows delivery of nitrous oxide in a dense liquid form from a nitrous oxide bottle directly to each of the engine cylinders. A cooling unit is mounted between the nitrous oxide bottle and the engine so as to retain the nitrous oxide in a cold liquid condition. A nozzle assembly that introduces the nitrous oxide and engine fuel into a cylinder has a reduced size orifice, in the order of 0.01-0.05?.
