Abstract: Systems and methods for installing network certificates on a client computing device are provided. In some aspects, a method includes automatically determining that the certificate associated with the network is not installed on the computing device. The method also includes determining that the certificate can be installed on the computing device without assistance. The method also includes determining whether end-user input is required to install the certificate. The method also includes, if end-user input is required to install the certificate, displaying a graphical component which prompts an end-user for an input associated with generating the certificate, receiving the input, and providing a request to generate the certificate based on the input. The method also includes, if end-user input is not required to install the certificate, providing a request to generate the certificate. The method also includes storing the certificate. The method also includes connecting to the network using the certificate.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and machine-readable media for client-server communication using a set identifier are provided. A system may be configured to receive a set identifier from a client machine, wherein the set identifier is based on the client identifier of the client machine, generate a communication based on the set identifier from the client machine, wherein the communication comprise a number of references to client identifiers associated with the set identifier, and transmit the communication to the client machine.

An auto-enrollment status of an electronic device by an enterprise is determined based on hash information associated with an identifier for the electronic device. In a case where the auto-enrollment status of the electronic device is determined to require auto-enrollment of the electronic device by the enterprise, one or more configuration settings for the electronic device as designated by the enterprise are identified, and the electronic device is requested to adopt the one or more configuration settings as designated by the enterprise in response to providing the auto-enrollment login interface to the electronic device.

Method also includes determining whether virtual private network client code has permission to access local resource within memory region for secure software. Method also includes, if virtual private network client code has permission to access local resource, providing local resource to virtual private network client code according to request within virtual private network client code. Method also includes, if virtual private network lacks permission to access the local resource, denying local resource to virtual private network client code.

Abstract: Systems and methods for configuring network settings in a client computing device are provided. In some aspects, a method includes receiving a network configuration file including network settings for connecting to one or more networks and a signature. The method also includes authenticating the network configuration file based on the signature. The method also includes updating a network configuration of the client computing device with the network settings from the authenticated network configuration file.
