Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for tracking the content of building information models. Embodiments include various computer-implemented methods for the tagging of BIM information, and for the monitoring of modification events involving BIM information. In addition, activities involving physical elements associated with BIM information are tracked. Providers of BIM content can tag content prior to distribution, enabling an internet-based service to track usage, enabling improved service to consumers of that BIM content. Designers can tag BIM content and BIM elements for tracking during the useful life of a building. Internet based messaging protocols can be used for communication between web services, client services and client applications. Monitoring and communication services function unattended. The system includes integration with BIM design applications, as well as stand-alone, end user system applications and browser interfaces. Analytic tools can be used to report on the tracking data.

Abstract: A platform receives at least two water bottles. A handtruck is configured to engage under a water bottle on the platform and carry it to the dispensing cabinet. In the handtruck, the water bottle is tilted so that the lowest corner of the bottle is directly below its neck. The handtruck engages and locks into the cabinet with the water bottle in proper, tilted position. A suction tube is dropped straight down into the bottle so that it reaches the lowest corner of the bottle. The suction tube carries a pump and discharge spout so that actuation of the pump causes dispensing of water.

Abstract: A wrist watch has a watch body and wrist band arranged to hold the watch body at the side of the wearer's wrist. In a preferred embodiment, this is achieved by providing the wrist band with a rigid portion, for example, where the watch body would lie in a conventional wrist watch, with a length sufficient to prevent rotation of the watch body around the wrist. In another preferred embodiment the watch body is incorporated in a resilient clip-on type band shaped as an elongate U.

Abstract: Heat rays of the sun are concentrated and focussed by means of a reflective and/or lenticular device at a focal point for the purpose of the cremation of corpses, and their reduction to ashes thereby, either as a system per se or in combination with various ancillary buildings, equipment and facilities, more particularly an auditorium structure for conducting a funeral service or the like and from which a corpse may be transferred to the focal point of the concentrating device preferably by elevating the corpse through an opening in the ceiling and/or roof of the structure.
