    Abstract: A merchandise display rack as disclosed of the type for supporting merchandise and for securing the merchandise against removal. The display rack includes a base including an upwardly and rearwardly sloping display deck, the deck including at least one groove having opposed sidewalls and a bottom wall. Also included are a pair of bracket members disposed in opposed spaced relation and adapted to clampingly engage a display item therebetween, the pair of bracket members including a first bracket member having a first portion adapted to be housed in the groove and a merchandise item engaging portion, and a second bracket member including a slide portion housed in the groove for selective movement in the groove toward and away from the first bracket member and a merchandise item engaging portion, the second bracket being adjustably slideably movable into clamping engagement with the merchandise item, the second bracket member being movable to accommodate products of various sizes and shapes.

    Abstract: A hinge comprising a first elongated hinge member defining an elongated socket and a second hinge member adapted to be positionable in a first angular position wherein at least a portion of the second hinge member is slidably insertable into the socket and slidably removable from the socket and a second angular position at an acute angle to the first angular position and wherein the second hinge member is restrained against removal from the socket. The first hinge member includes a supporting surface and a restraining member spaced from the supporting surface in opposed relation thereto and projecting toward the supporting surface. The restraining member includes a rodlike bearing surface facing the supporting surface, and the rodlike bearing surface and the supporting surface define the socket therebetween.

    Abstract: The invention provides an attractive and versatile point of purchase display device comprising a collapsible body member having an open end portion and an end member which includes oppositely facing convex and concave surfaces. The body member, as well as both convex and concave surfaces of the end member, can be suitably inscribed with desired advertising indicia. The end member is adapted to fit over the open end portion of the body member when it is in a non-collapsed position with either its concave or convex surfaces exposed to customer view. When so positioned, the end member rigidly maintains the body member in its non-collapsed position for use.
