    Abstract: A Cannabis testing system that is operable to provide competent demonstration of motor vehicle operation subsequent administration of an amount of Cannabis. The Cannabis testing system of the present invention includes monitored administration of an amount of Cannabis to an individual. The individual will utilize a test vehicle to perform motor vehicle tests prior to Cannabis administration. Ensuing performance of the initial motor vehicle tests the individual has administered thereto an amount of Cannabis. The amount of Cannabis present in the individual is measured in either a blood or urine test. The individual performs a second set of motor vehicle tests wherein the second set of motor vehicle tests are identical to the first set of motor vehicle tests. A comparison of the two motor vehicle tests are made and based on the results of the comparison a certificate and endorsement are provided to the individual.

    Abstract: A skid loader attachment for increasing the versatility and ease of use of the skid loader. The skid loader attachment includes a frame assembly having a base portion. The base portion is designed for coupling to booms of a skid loader. The frame assembly has a plurality of tines. The tines forwardly extend from the base portion of the frame assembly opposite the skid loader. A plurality of arm assemblies are coupled to the base portion of the frame assembly. Each of the arm assemblies are articulated such that each of the arm; assemblies is positionable with respect to the frame assembly. Each of the arm assemblies are adapted for being operationally coupled to the skid loader such that articulation of each of the arm assemblies is controlled by an operator of the skid loader. The arm assemblies are adapted for facilitating manipulation of materials engaged by said frame assembly.

    Abstract: A tie-down device for securing cargo bindings. The device includes a housing unit with a hollow cavity therein. A threaded screw extending through the bore of the cavity and projecting through an opening in a closed end of the housing unit and secured to a threaded fastener. The invention further includes a threaded nut and capture assembly fixedly attached to the opposing end of the threaded screw that is able to extend and retract through an open end of the housing unit. The threaded screw can be turned to a first position projecting the capture assembly through the open end to either capture or loosen bindings. The threaded screw can be turned to a second position causing the secured bindings to be retracted into the housing unit facilitating their tightening.

    Abstract: A tiltable attachment is provided for a Skid Steer Loader. The tiltable attachment is secured to the loader arms of the Skid Steer Loader and receives and fastens the utility attachment of the Skid Steer Loader. The tiltable attachment including a mounting base member and a pivotal attachment member. These members being rotated by a power cylinder. The pivotal attachment member has a demountable cover plate. The pivotal attachment member will receive the commonly known utility attachments. The tiltable attachment maintains the ability of the Skid Steer Loader to move the utility attachments in the vertical and horizontal plains while further providing the ability to rotate the utility attachment around the longitudinal axis of the Skid Steer Loader.
