  • Publication number: 20230268613
Abstract: A battery device (100) comprising a battery cell pack including a plurality of battery cells (118). The battery device further includes a structure (104) disposed on top of the battery cell pack, the structure including an insulating material (106), and a housing (102), in which the battery cell pack and the structure are arranged. At least an upper surface (110) of the structure has heat- and fire-resistant properties. The insulating material includes a plurality of weakened portions or cuts (112) extending through the insulating material. The structure is arranged such that, in case of burnout of a cell (118a), a ventilation passage (116) is formed over the cell through a weakened portion or cut in the insulating material.

  • Publication number: 20230238645
Abstract: Abstract: A battery device (3) is provided. The battery device comprises a casing having a plurality of sides (10a-10f) including a bottom side, a top side opposite to said bottom side, two lateral sides, a front side, and a rear side opposite to said front side, wherein the plurality of sides are assembled to form a sealed container, and a battery cell pack (20) located within the sealed container. The casing comprises at least one outlet (31) arranged at at least one of the plurality of sides. The sealed container is configured to prevent heated gases generated upon a malfunction of the battery cell pack from escaping the casing except via the at least one outlet.

  • Patent number: 4718815
Abstract: A device for carrying and adjusting a tool has a frame and a base member which is rotatably connected to the frame about a first axis with a main arm pivotally connected at one end to the base member and at the other end to a lifting-arm holder with a yoke pivotally connected at its central portion to the main arm at some distance from one end thereof. A piston rod part of a first cylinder assembly is pivotally connected to a projection projecting at an angle from the main arm, and its cylinder part is pivotally connected to one arm of the yoke with a piston rod part of a second cylinder assembly pivotally connected to the base member and its cylinder part pivotally connected to the other arm of the yoke and with a link arm parallel to the main arm pivotally connected at one end to the other arm of the yoke and pivotally connected at its other end to the lifting-arm holder.
