  • Publication number: 20230321768
Abstract: The present invention employs a flux which contains rosin, a solvent, a thixotropic agent and an activator. The thixotropic agent contains a polyamide (PA2). The PA2 is a condensation product of an aliphatic carboxylic acid, a hydroxy group-containing aliphatic carboxylic acid and an aliphatic amine having from 3 to 10 carbon atoms; and the aliphatic carboxylic acid includes an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 11 to 20 carbon atoms. With respect to the endothermic amount calculated from the peak area of the differential scanning calorimetry curve of PA2 as obtained by differential scanning calorimetry measurement, the ratio of the endothermic amount within the range of from 50° C. to 190° C. to the total endothermic amount within the range of from 50° C. to 200° C. is 90% or more.

  • Publication number: 20230321767
Abstract: The present invention uses a flux containing a rosin, a solvent, a thixo agent, and an activator. The thixo agent contains a polyamide and a compound represented by general formula (1). The polyamide is a condensate between an amine and at least one selected from aliphatic carboxylic acids and hydroxy group-containing aliphatic carboxylic acids, and has an endothermic peak at a temperature of 120-200° C. In the general formula, R11 represents a hydrocarbon group having 11-30 carbon atoms. R0a represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 12-31 carbon atoms. R0b represents an n-valent hydrocarbon group having 4-12 carbon atoms. R21 represents an alkylene group having 2-6 carbon atoms. R0c represents a single bond or an alkylene group having 2-6 carbon atoms. n represents 1 or 2. When n represents 1, m represents an integer of 1-3. When n represents 2, m represents 1.

  • Publication number: 20230196580
Abstract: A mark that identifies a lesion site is displayed on a tomographic image. A two-dimensional map and a graph are displayed regardless of whether or not the mark is displayed. The two-dimensional map represents lesion site probability distribution. The graph represents temporal change of lesion site probabilities.

  • Publication number: 20230085170
Abstract: A server presents a first setting screen for entering settings relating to target image data for transmission, transmits the target image data to a cloud service in accordance with the settings, stores the settings associated with a type of the target image data and information of a user, and presents a second setting screen for selecting whether or not to use settings identical to any stored settings for new target image data. When presenting the first setting screen, the server presents it in a state in which, from the stored settings which the user selected to use settings identical to, a type of image data is omitted and settings required for transmission have been reflected. The server stores a type of the new target image data added to and associated with the selected stored settings.

  • Publication number: 20220378403
Abstract: An image analyzer unit performs lesion site detection for each tomographic image. In response to a lesion site detection state, the image analyzer unit outputs a position data array and a size data array that represent temporal change in position and size of the lesion site. A rate of change calculator unit calculates a rate of change that represents a degree of temporal change in tomographic image content. A smoother unit smooths the position data array and the size data array in accordance with the rate of change. A mark is generated based on the smoothed position data array and the smoothed size data array.

  • Patent number: 11450003
Abstract: Provided is a technology for extracting an image of a target plane from 2D or 3D image data acquired by a medical imaging apparatus with a small amount of computation and at high speed. A plane of a target plane including a predetermined structure is extracted from image data of a subject. A region of the predetermined structure included in the plane is detected by applying a learning model learned using learning data including a target plane for learning including an image of the structure and a region-of-interest plane for learning obtained by cutting out and enlarging a partial region including the structure in the target plane for learning to a plurality of planes obtained from the image data, and the plane of the target plane is extracted based on the detected region of the predetermined structure.
