    Abstract: In an auxiliary display rack for use on a display shelf and comprising left and right side panels connected at the front and rear ends by rod-like connecting members, the connecting members are made extensible and contractible for enabling the rack width to be adjusted to the width of merchandise to be displayed. When the panels are formed to be higher in the rear than in the front and the rear connecting member is positioned higher than the front connecting member, merchandise can be easily removed from the rack and the merchandise can be prevented from toppling when the rack is pulled forward to bring unsold merchandise at the rear thereof to the front of the shelf.
