The cosmetic container using the eco pump includes a container body, a cover, a connection tube and a check valve which effectively block and release liquid contents discharged from the container body, an eco pump made of an elastomer material, and first to fourth cylinder members and a container lid discharging the liquid contents to the outside via a discharge path of a lid or blocking the liquid contents from the outside.
