    Abstract: A method of identifying a particular mask for a patient for use in delivering a flow of breathing gas to the patient includes capturing with a visual presentation and interaction component a plurality of images of the patient; receiving with the visual presentation and interaction component a number of responses from the patient to questions presented to the patient, eliminating one or more masks from a pool of potential masks for the patent based on at least one of the responses, utilizing at least some images of the plurality of images to determine the particular mask for the patient from the pool of potential masks, and identifying the particular mask to the patient.

    Abstract: A respiratory interface system for use in delivering a flow of a positive pressure breathing gas to an airway of a patient includes a patient interface device. The patient interface device includes a tubing assembly for positioning on the head of the patient, a mask having a sealing element for sealingly engaging about the airway of the patient, and an adaptor. The mask is coupled to the tubing assembly via the adaptor, and the tubing assembly, the mask, and the adapter define a pathway for conducting the flow of the positive pressure breathing gas to the airway of the patient.

In a further embodiment, a facial scanning module is provided at least partially within the main housing, including a scanning device for scanning a face of a patient.
