Abstract: A method of identifying a particular mask for a patient for use in delivering a flow of breathing gas to the patient includes capturing with a visual presentation and interaction component a plurality of images of the patient; receiving with the visual presentation and interaction component a number of responses from the patient to questions presented to the patient, eliminating one or more masks from a pool of potential masks for the patent based on at least one of the responses, utilizing at least some images of the plurality of images to determine the particular mask for the patient from the pool of potential masks, and identifying the particular mask to the patient.

Abstract: A respiratory interface system for use in delivering a flow of a positive pressure breathing gas to an airway of a patient includes a patient interface device. The patient interface device includes a tubing assembly for positioning on the head of the patient, a mask having a sealing element for sealingly engaging about the airway of the patient, and an adaptor. The mask is coupled to the tubing assembly via the adaptor, and the tubing assembly, the mask, and the adapter define a pathway for conducting the flow of the positive pressure breathing gas to the airway of the patient.

Abstract: A sleep management related vending kiosk is provided that includes a main housing, a processing unit provided within the main housing, a vending apparatus provided at least partially within the main housing, the vending apparatus storing a plurality of respiratory patient interface device products and being structured to selectively vend the respiratory patient interface device products under control of the processing unit. In a further embodiment, a facial scanning module is provided at least partially within the main housing, including a scanning device for scanning a face of a patient. The processing unit is programmed to recommend and cause the vending apparatus to vend one of the respiratory patient interface device products based on the scanning of the face of the patient.

Abstract: A packaging system for patient interface devices components that includes a macro container and a plurality of dispensing packages removeably held within the macro container. Each of the dispensing packages includes a continuous item supply including a plurality of selectively separable single item packages, wherein for each of the dispensing packages the single item packages in the continuous item supply of the dispensing package holds a patient interface device component of a type and a size that is associated with the dispensing package, and wherein each of the dispensing packages includes an opening enabling the single item packages of the dispensing package to be removed while the dispensing package is held within the macro container and markings that indicate the type and size that is associated with the dispensing package.
