  • Patent number: 11722248
Abstract: Methods and systems of managing data transfers in a fixture. One system includes fixtures comprising: a communication interface; and a processor configured to optimize download efficiency by: receiving, from a remote device via the communication interface, a file comprising a plurality of data blocks, wherein each of the plurality of data blocks comprise a unique cyclical redundancy check (CRC) value and a payload; determining, for each of the plurality of data blocks, a check value based on a polynomial division of the respective payload; determining an error in at least one of the plurality of data blocks based on a comparison between each of the respective CRC values and the respective check values; and providing, to the remote device via the communication interface, a request for retransmission of each of the at least one of the plurality of data blocks with the determined error.

  • Publication number: 20230166962
Abstract: Methods and systems for providing a resource dispenser status for a resource dispenser associated with a facility. One system includes an electronic processor. The electronic processor is configured to receive a set of signals. The electronic processor is also configured to compare a first signal included in the set of signals to a set of thresholds. The electronic processor is also configured to determine a resource dispenser status based on the comparison of the first signal to the set of thresholds. The electronic processor is also configured to generate and transmit the resource dispenser status to a remote device, wherein the remote device provides the resource dispenser status to a user.

  • Patent number: 9943656
Abstract: A dose counter includes a triggering unit having at least a first and a second trigger member thereon. The triggering unit is configured interact with the canister of a metered-dose inhaler when the canister moves in a longitudinal direction from a rest position to an activation position. A circuit assembly includes a substrate with at least a first and a second switch thereon. The first and second switches are configured to interact with the first and second trigger members when the canister moves from the rest position to the activation position. The circuit assembly includes a counting circuit that is configured to receive a signal from the first and second switches and to determine when the metered dose inhaler is activated.
