    Abstract: A process of making a consumer product composition comprising a non-porous dissolvable solid structure comprises the steps of: providing a carrier material having a melting point of greater than 25° C.; heating the carrier material to a temperature greater than the melting point of the carrier material to form liquefied carrier material; mixing a hydrophobic conditioning agent with the liquefied carrier material to form a melt composition; and cooling the melt composition to a temperature below the melting point of the carrier material to form the non-porous dissolvable solid structure of the consumer product composition. The carrier material and hydrophobic conditioning agent are selected to provide a Modified Capillary Number of less than about 10 with respect to the melt composition of the process.
