  • Patent number: 11835162
Abstract: A bearing rotary swivel joint preferably includes a swivel housing, a rotary swivel, an end plate, a solid bearing, a plurality of wear rings, a spring clip and a swivel seal. The swivel housing includes a threaded tube inlet and a swivel receiver bore. The rotary swivel includes a through bore, a threaded swivel inlet, a bearing diameter and an outer diameter. An O-ring groove is formed in the rotary swivel to receive the O-ring. The solid bearing is retained on the bearing diameter, terminated on each end with wear rings and axially retained with a spring clip against a bearing shoulder of the rotary swivel. The swivel seal is retained on the bearing diameter. The rotary swivel is inserted through a center bore in an end plate. The end plate is preferably fastened to the swivel housing with a plurality of fasteners.

  • Patent number: 11118711
Abstract: A rotary swivel joint preferably includes a swivel housing, a rotary swivel, an end plate, two sets of sealed bearings, a swivel seal and an O-ring. The swivel housing includes a threaded tube inlet and a swivel receiver bore. The rotary swivel includes a through bore, a threaded swivel inlet, a bearing diameter and a sealing diameter and an outer diameter. An O-ring groove is formed in the bearing diameter to receive the O-ring. The first and second sealed bearing sets are retained on the bearing diameter and axially retained with a plurality of snap rings. The swivel seal is retained on the sealing diameter. The rotary swivel is inserted through a center bore in the end plate. The end plate is preferably fastened to the swivel housing with a plurality of fasteners.

  • Patent number: 10947715
Abstract: A root cutter collar with quick changing skids preferably includes a base tube, a plurality of skid bosses, a plurality of skid retainers, a plurality of threaded fasteners and a plurality of skids. The plurality of skid bosses are attached to an outside perimeter of the base tube. A pair of tapped holes are formed through each skid boss. A location pin extends outward from the skid boss and is located between the pair of tapped holes. Each skid retainer includes two through holes, which are concentric with the two tapped holes in each skid boss. Each skid includes a pair of slotted openings and a pin notch located between the pair of slotted openings. The pin notch is sized to receive the location pin. Threaded fasteners are inserted into the pair of holes in the skid retainer and tightened in the skid boss to retain the skid.

  • Patent number: 10659726
Abstract: A system for inspecting pipelines utilizing a wireless device preferably includes a push cable inspection system, a data display unit, an interface software program and a WiFi transmitter. The push cable inspection system includes a push cable, a distance encoder and a cable reel. A video camera is attached to an end of the push cable. The distance encoder measures the distance traveled by the push cable. The data display unit receives an output from the distance encoder and the video camera. The data display unit overlays a changing numeric distance on the video feed to create a numeric video feed. The numeric video feed is transmitted by the WiFi transmitter to the wireless device. The interface software program is installed on the wireless device. The interface software program receives the numeric video feed from the data display unit and stores the numeric video feed on the wireless device.

  • Patent number: 10304150
Abstract: A system for generating and detecting watermarks within a video frame (e.g., video content) is described to determine whether a data interruption has occurred. In one or more implementations, the system includes a generation module communicatively coupled to a video source and a watermark detection module configured to receive a plurality of video watermarks. The watermarking detection module is configured to determine whether a watermark embedded in a current (e.g., a second) video frame is different from a watermark embedded in the previous (e.g., a first) video frame. The watermarking detection module is configured to generate an error signal when the watermark embedded in the current (e.g., a second) video frame is not different than the watermark embedded in the previous (e.g., a first) video frame to indicate a data interruption event has occurred.

  • Publication number: 20180193897
Abstract: A hose fitting swaging device may include a base at least two truss rods, first and second die collars and a hydraulic cylinder. The truss rods may be spaced apart from each other and extend upward from the base. Each truss rod may have a proximal end removably secured to the base. Each truss rod may also have a distal end opposite the base. The first die collar may be removably secured to the distal ends of the truss rods. The second die collar may be slideably retained by the truss rods, between the base and the first die collar. The hydraulic cylinder may be removably secured to the base in between the truss rods and beneath the second die collar. Thus, the hydraulic cylinder may be operable to forcibly drive the second die collar upwards, along the truss rods, toward the first die collar. The first die collar may be supported entirely by the truss rods.
