  • Patent number: 9049930
Abstract: A cabinet drawer includes a molded drawer floor having a central portion including at least one depression, each depression having a bottom wall and a sidewall having an inner surface and an outer surface. A flange extends outwardly from an upper edge of each depression. A plurality of webs extends outward from each depression outer surface for connection with a drawer slide system. A peripheral edge of the flange includes a plurality of deflectable tabs for coupling to a surrounding fence without the use of fasteners. The fence includes a skirt portion extending downward from the drawer floor flange to hide any drawer slide mechanism coupling the drawer floor to any underlying base.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 8939526
Abstract: A face panel mounting assembly provides for adjustable mounting of a drawer face panel to a drawer slide mechanism. The assembly includes a plate adapted to be vertically adjustably fixed to a back surface of a drawer face panel, an angled bracket secured to the drawer slide mechanism having a first leg and a second leg, and fasteners passing rearwardly through the plate and bracket to horizontally adjustably secure the drawer face panel to the drawer slide mechanism at a desired position. The assembly also includes anchor plate fixed to the front end of each movable drawer slide rail that includes an opening defining a pivot axis for tilting movement of the drawer face panel and an opening defining a range of movement of the drawer face panel about the pivot axis.

  • Publication number: 20120049713
Abstract: A drawer slide system having an elongated base channel, an intermediate assembly at least partially received within the elongated base channel, a longitudinally extending I-beam assembly at least partially received within the intermediate assembly, and a pantry mount lock assembly including forward and rearward mounting plates adapted to be coupled to a bottom surface of a drawer. The pantry mount lock assembly can be accessed through the bottom of the drawer to achieve engagement or disengagement between the pantry mount lock assembly and the I-beam assembly. The rearward mounting plates having lateral portions extending over the upper surfaces of the I-beam assembly upper flanges to permit a tilting adjustment of the drawer relative to the drawer slide system. A soft close assembly can be included to provide a soft close for the drawer. A vertically adjustable rear panel can inhibit goods from being lost over the back of the drawer.

  • Patent number: 5802947
Abstract: An improved circular saw blade is provided which has a plurality of dimples formed on the body of the blade by cold-working the blade. The dimples each include a circumferential ridge which extends above the surfaces of the blade's body. When a side load is applied to the work piece, the ridges contact the one of the walls defining the kerf being cut that is forced by the load against the blade, so that the surface of the blade's body is spaced from the wall. The dimples are formed by cold working the blade, which stiffens the blade, reducing the vibration of the blade during the cutting process. The dimples and their ridges also provide greater heat dissipation, and tend to provide a laminar flow of air over the surface of the blade, acting much as the dimples of a golf ball.
