  • Publication number: 20240061966
Abstract: Systems for and method of shaping non-sliding orthodontic archforms. A system with a robot and a plurality of arms. The robot can indicate a position for the plurality of arms based on a virtual model of a patient's teeth in aligned positions. The plurality of arms can be moved to the positions indicated by the robot. An archform can be coupled to the plurality of arms to assume a custom shape corresponding to the patient's teeth in the virtual model in the aligned positons and configured to move the patient's teeth to the aligned positions. The archform can be set in the custom shape by heat such that the custom shape is the memorized shape of the archform.

  • Publication number: 20160171849
Abstract: A door sensor system comprising door sensor circuit and a sensor support circuit. The door sensor circuit has the anode of a first LED and the anode of a second LED coupled to a supply voltage terminal. The door sensor circuit has one or more reed switches, each with a first terminal coupled to the first LED cathode and a second terminal coupled to a sensor output terminal. The door sensor circuit has a Zener diode with a cathode coupled to the second LED cathode and an anode coupled to the sensor output terminal. The sensor support circuit is configured to generate, based on the voltage at the senor output terminal, a first signal if the door is open, a second signal if the door is closed, and a third signal if tampering with the door sensor system is detected.

  • Patent number: 6360277
Abstract: An addressable process control relay comprises a solid-state relay with an embedded network client. Such client is basically hardware compatible with the physical layer interfaces of a general class of serial networks, and has a variety of down-loadable or embedded protocol personalities that can respond to a particular proprietary network. Such protocol personalities are preferred to include: Fieldbus, process field bus (PROFIBUS), Seriplex, smart distributed system (SDS), DeviceNet, controller area network (CAN), etc.
