  • Patent number: 11971216
Abstract: In some examples, a multilevel retort assembly. The assembly includes a base defining a base perimeter; and a plurality of shells. Each shell has a diffuser plate support and a perimeter with a substantially similar shape as the base perimeter. The plurality of shells are stacked on each other, mechanically supported by the base, and surround an inner retort volume. The at least one shell of the plurality of shells defines a removable window. The assembly also includes a plurality of diffuser plates, each diffuser plate supported by a corresponding diffuser plate support of the plurality of diffuser plate supports.

  • Publication number: 20240115375
Abstract: A prosthetic heart valve includes an annular frame that is radially collapsible and expandable between a radially collapsed configuration and a radially expanded configuration. The frame has a plurality of circumferentially extending rows of angled struts, each row of angled struts comprising angled struts arranged in a zig-zag pattern. The prosthetic heart valve further includes a leaflet structure positioned within the frame and secured thereto, and an outer sealing member mounted outside of the frame. The sealing member has an undulating outflow edge portion forming a plurality of triangular projections that are connected to and shaped to correspond to the zig-zag pattern of one of the rows of angled struts. • Publication number: 20240107342
Abstract: The system obtains multiple unique identifiers associated with multiple UEs, where a unique identifier among the multiple unique identifiers identifies a UE among the multiple UEs. Based on the unique identifier, the system determines multiple technical capabilities associated with the multiple UEs. The system receives a request for one or more UEs, where the request includes a number of the one or more UEs and a desired technical capability associated with the one or more UEs, and where the request is specified at a level of abstraction that allows more than one UE among the multiple UEs to satisfy the request. Based on the request for the one or more UEs and the multiple technical capabilities associated with the multiple UEs, the system determines a subset of the multiple UEs satisfying the request, and sends a response to the request indicating the subset of the multiple UEs satisfying the request.

  • Publication number: 20240027448
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method of building an optimized color flow cytometry panel is disclosed using a full spectrum flow cytometer with five excitation lasers and five corresponding detection modules. In another embodiment, a graphical user interface is disclosed generated by a server computer from a fluorochrome database and displayed by a client computer to assist in the selection of a set of fluorochromes for use in an assay to analyze biological samples. The GUI can display spectra graphs to visually show how fluorochromes may overlap and can generate similarity indexes for the paired fluorochrome interference and a complexity index for overall many to many interferences generated by a selected group or set of fluorochromes.

  • Publication number: 20230306511
Abstract: A computing system includes a first computing platform and a virtual exchange computing platform, where the first computing platform provides an application and a first electronic value token and the virtual exchange computing platform is communicatively coupled to the first computing platform. The virtual exchange computing platform receives the information corresponding to the first electronic value token and calculates, via API functions linking to banking as a service (BaaS) functionality processed by a valuation computing platform, a valuation of the first electronic value token. The virtual exchange computing platform causes presentation, via a network and on a first user device, a user interface screen presenting a visualization of a value of the electronic value token and comprising an input and triggers, based on a received trade input from the user interface, a virtual exchange of value involving the first electronic value token.

  • Publication number: 20230214518
Abstract: A system includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores classification models that indicate a data classification to apply to data columns of one or more databases. The processor is configured to periodically access one or more databases and determine that a data table has been newly created or modified. The processor is further configured to determine whether a data column of the data table has an existing data classification, and in response to determining that the data column does not have an existing data classification, determine from the plurality of classification models a particular classification model to use for the data column. The processor is further configured to send instructions to a classification server to apply a particular data classification of the particular classification model to the data column in the classification database.

  • Patent number: 8321658
Abstract: Certain aspects of a method for iSCSI boot may include loading boot BIOS code from a host bus adapter or a network interface controller (NIC) by an iSCSI client device. A connection may be established to an iSCSI target by the iSCSI client device after loading the boot BIOS code. The boot BIOS code may be chained to at least one interrupt handler over iSCSI protocol. An operating system may be remotely booted from the iSCSI target by the iSCSI client device based on chaining the interrupt handler. An Internet protocol (IP) address and/or location of the iSCSI target may be received. At least one iSCSI connection may be initiated to the iSCSI target based on chaining at least one interrupt handler. The iSCSI target may be booted in real mode if at least one master boot record is located in the memory.

  • Publication number: 20100240995
Abstract: Systems and methods for treating tumors on or within internal organs of mammals that have been imaged with endoscopic ultrasound are described. The system uses an expandable bipolar electrode assembly that can be imaged by ultrasound and can penetrate, e.g., the stomach, intestine or bowel wall, etc. and be positioned in or around the tumor on an internal organ while being guided by an operator who visualizes its position with ultrasound imaging. It utilizes an electrode assembly that extends down an internal cavity in the endoscope to allow the operator to spread the electrodes for pulse delivery of a nanosecond pulsed electric field (nsPEF) to the tumor.

  • Publication number: 20070061553
Abstract: A disclosed byte execution unit receives byte instruction information and two operands, and performs an operation specified by the byte instruction information upon one or both of the operands, thereby producing a result. The byte instruction specifies either a count ones in bytes operation, an average bytes operation, an absolute differences of bytes operation, or a sum bytes into halfwords operation. In one embodiment, the byte execution unit includes multiple byte units. Each byte unit includes multiple population counters, two compressor units, adder input multiplexer logic, adder logic, and result multiplexer logic. A data processing system is described including a processor coupled to a memory system. The processor includes the byte execution unit.
