    Abstract: A master controller identifies a flow ratio setpoint for at least one of a process gas or a carrier gas flow to a process chamber through a set of mass flow controllers. The master controller determines a flow setpoint for the at least one of the process gas or the carrier gas through the set of mass flow controllers based on the identified flow ratio setpoint. The master controller controls the at least one of the process gas flow or the carrier gas flow through each of the set of mass flow controllers according to the determined flow setpoint for each of the set of mass flow controllers and based on a back pressure reading provided by a back pressure sensor.

    Abstract: Traditionally, meetings are widely utilized in business and personal communications, whether in-person and/or virtual. Organizing such meetings typically involves multiple exchanges of content and messages between users before, during, and after the meeting. In some cases, meetings may occur impromptu and may result in inefficient and unproductive collaboration. A collaboration object configured to enable users to dynamically collaborate before, during, and after a meeting is provided. In aspects, the collaboration object links content generated before, during, and after the meeting in a single location and provides functionality for concurrent multi-user interaction and synchronization of the content across applications. The collaboration object may be available from a variety of application platforms, enabling and persisting real-time editing and collaboration before, during and after the meeting.

The master controller controls the back pressure of the distribution manifold to the back pressure set point in view of a back pressure reading from a back pressure sensor of the distribution manifold.

    Abstract: Introduced herein is a technique that reliably measures on-die noise of logic in a chip. The introduced technique places a noise measurement system in partitions of the chip that are expected to cause the most noise. The introduced technique utilizes a continuous free-running clock that feeds functional frequency to the noise measurement circuit throughout the noise measurement scan test. This allows the noise measurement circuit to measure the voltage noise of the logic during a shift phase, which was not possible in the conventional noise measurement method. Also, by being able to measure the voltage noise during a shift phase and hence in both phases of the scan test, the introduced technique can perform a more comprehensive noise measurement not only during ATE testing but as part of IST in the field.
