  • Patent number: 11047783
Abstract: The present invention relates to a folding apparatus for flexible material durability testing, the folding apparatus including: a material fixing part fixing a part of a flexible material to be tested; a pivoting plate spaced apart at a predetermined gap from the material fixing part, and folding or unfolding the flexible material by rotatively moving in a state where the other part of the flexible material is fixed thereon; and a motion controller supporting the pivoting plate to enforce the pivoting plate to rotatively move and to allow the pivoting plate to forwardly or backwardly move with respect to the material fixing part at the same time. In addition, because a miscellaneous force in addition to tensile force is not applied to the material during flexible material durability testing, the testing is highly reliable. Accordingly, the folding apparatus may accurately perform the flexible material durability testing.

  • Patent number: 7918940
Abstract: In a substrate processing apparatus for forming thin layers on a substrate used for an organic light emitting diode, the apparatus includes a mask attaching chamber, a deposition chamber and a mask detaching chamber. The mask attaching chamber, the deposition chamber and the mask detaching chamber are provided with a transferring guide installed thereinside, and a substrate supporter for supporting the substrate moves along the transferring guide in or between the chambers. Thus, a time for processing the substrate and an area for the apparatus may be reduced. Also, the chambers are grouped in one or more, and a gate valve is installed between the grouped chambers for opening and closing a path between the grouped chambers. Accordingly, the chambers may be continuously maintained in a vacuum state when any one of the chambers is repaired.

  • Patent number: 7499829
Abstract: Disclosed is a laser rangefinder and method thereof. By using characteristics that noise has non-correlation and signals have correlation, laser beams are output to a target to find a range to the target with iteration rates of thousands of times per second, signals for each range-finding are binary-quantized using a sampling frequency corresponding to a range-finding resolving power, and data are accumulated. After this, the accumulated data are processed in a statistical manner to detect a target signal and produce a target range based on the target signal. According to the present invention, the rangefinder for outputting low-power laser beams, using the laser beams reflected from the target, and detecting a range to the target, easily and accurately detects target signals in the noise.
