  • Patent number: 10594401
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an optical repeater system for 5th generation (5G) mobile communication. The optical repeater system does not require an additional optical wavelength for a plurality of remote units and can increase the transmission capacity by adding a remote unit without incurring an unnecessary cost, thereby facilitating high-speed and large-capacity data transmission. In addition, the optical repeater system can transmit/receive both a high-speed and large-capacity service signal, as an analog optical signal, and a management control signal, as a digital optical signal, between a master unit and a plurality of remote units. Also, the optical repeater system can selectively and differently compensate for propagation delay times of multiple paths between a terminal and a base station in a mobile communication system, especially, in the 5G mobile communication system.

  • Patent number: 6672861
Abstract: A piezoelectric gas lighter in which gas is ignited by means of a spark generated by a piezoelectric device comprises a nozzle assembly including a nozzle and a nozzle cap and a lighter body. The lighter body includes a gas tank, a gas ejection lever and a piezoelectric device. The nozzle has one or more auxiliary ejection holes on the side thereof as well as a main gas ejection path so that the fuel gas flows through two paths, i.e., the main gas ejection path and the auxiliary ejection hole(s). The nozzle assembly of the present invention has a gap between the nozzle and the nozzle cap, so that a small amount of fuel gas flows through the gap to be easily ignited by a spark.

  • Publication number: 20030165786
Abstract: A piezoelectric gas lighter by which gas is ignited by means of a spark generated by a piezoelectric device may have ignition trouble due to excessively high gas pressure. Therefore, piezoelectric gas lighters require some apparatus to screen off the excessively high gas pressure. The present invention provides a nozzle assembly composed of a nozzle and a nozzle cap. In a piezoelectric gas lighter incorporating a nozzle assembly and a lighter body having a gas tank, a gas ejection lever and a piezoelectric device, the nozzle has one or more auxiliary ejection holes on the side thereof as well as a main gas ejection path so that the fuel gas flows through two paths, i.e., the main gas ejection path and the auxiliary ejection hole(s).
