A first space and a second space, through which the fuel gas flows, are defined, the fuel gas flows in opposite directions through the respective first and second spaces, the second space is divided into space parts by a plurality of support filters, a fuel gas reducing device is installed in one space part, which is delimited by two support filters, and air flow through the fuel gas reducing device is perpendicular to air flow through the first and second spaces.
