Abstract: A stacked connector comprises a dielectric housing comprising a first receptacle and a second receptacle, a first set of differential pairs that each include a plurality of first terminals each having a contact portion extending within the first receptacle and an extension portion, a second set of differential pairs that each include a plurality of second terminals that each have a contact portion extending within the second receptacle and an extension portion, and a shield terminal including a plate portion and two contact portions separately extending within the first receptacle and the second receptacle. The plate portion can separate the extension portions of the terminals of one differential pair from the extension portions of another differential pair.

Abstract: An electrical connector comprises a dielectric body, a plurality of terminals, and a metal shell. The dielectric body includes a base and a tongue. The tongue extends forward from the base and supports the plurality of terminals. The metal shell is integrally formed around the dielectric body, and can be formed by bending a metal plate, and includes a top wall, a bottom wall opposite to the top wall, a first side wall, and a second side wall, the four walls defining a rectangular opening. The first side wall includes a lower wall portion and an upper wall portion, both of which are joined at a seam on the first side wall. The lower wall portion has a lower solder leg and the upper wall portion has an upper solder leg and the lower and upper solder legs can be soldered to the circuit board.

Abstract: A card connector includes a tray having a side wall and a breach region formed on the side wall, a main body including a front opening for inserting the tray and a side portion defining a side of the front opening, a plurality of terminals attached to the main body, and a detective switch including a spring member that is attached to the side portion of the main body and includes a press portion configured to extend into the card-holding space of the tray through the breach region of the tray when the tray is inserted in the main body. A card connector can include a card locking element, and a card ejecting mechanism. The card ejecting mechanism can comprise an actuator movable between an outward position and an inward position and a levering member.
