  • Patent number: 11990394
Abstract: A semiconductor package including a lead frame, an Ag plated surface positioned on the lead frame, an adhesion promotion layer positioned on the top of the Ag plated surface, and mold body covering the top of the lead frame is provided. The Ag plated surface covers a significant part of an interconnection area of the lead frame surface, and the Ag plating surface does not exceed the area of the mold body.

  • Patent number: 11983031
Abstract: A memory system in which a timing drift that would occur in distribution of a first timing signal for data transport in a memory device is determined by measuring the actual phase delays occurring in a second timing signal that has a frequency lower than that of the first timing signal and is distributed in one or more circuits mimicking the drift characteristics of at least a portion of distribution of the first timing signal. The actual phase delays are determined in the memory device and provided to a memory controller so that the phases of the timing signals used for data transport may be adjusted based on the determined timing drift.

  • Publication number: 20220169591
Abstract: Provided is a preparing method of linear carbonate compounds, including performing a coupling reaction of carbon dioxide in the presence of a titanium dioxide complex. The titanium dioxide complex includes an anatase phase and a rutile phase, a reduced titanium dioxide which is formed by selectively reducing any one of the anatase phase and the rutile phase, and a metallic oxide bound to the reduced titanium dioxide.

  • Publication number: 20050016881
Abstract: A golf bag includes a body that defines a generally tubular compartment for containing golf clubs. A throat structure defines an open top end of the compartment, and a bottom assembly defines a closed bottom end of the compartment. An elongated stay is located inside the body. The stay has an upper end engaged with the throat structure and a lower end disposed in a pocket formed between the bottom assembly and the body. An openable and closable access port is located in the body between the throat structure and the bottom assembly to provide access through the body to the compartment, the stay and the pocket. In the preferred embodiment, the access port is comprised of a zipper closure extending longitudinally in the body. The access port is opened by opening the zipper closure and closed by closing the zipper closure.

  • Patent number: 6142451
Abstract: An apparatus and method for connecting fence fabric to a support structure includes a tool with an elongated body member with notches at opposite ends. The notches are configured to allow a line to be securely wrapped around the tool. The tool is sized to allow it to fit through an opening located in the fence fabric. The tool is preferably constructed of steel and it includes one or more openings extending through the elongated member to facilitate attaching the line to the tool. The line is used to couple the fence fabric to the support structure.
