Publication number: 20240134909Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide systems, methods, and computer storage media for a visual and text search interface used to navigate a video transcript. In an example embodiment, a freeform text query triggers a visual search for frames of a loaded video that match the freeform text query (e.g., frame embeddings that match a corresponding embedding of the freeform query), and triggers a text search for matching words from a corresponding transcript or from tags of detected features from the loaded video. Visual search results are displayed (e.g., in a row of tiles that can be scrolled to the left and right), and textual search results are displayed (e.g., in a row of tiles that can be scrolled up and down). Selecting (e.g., clicking or tapping on) a search result tile navigates a transcript interface to a corresponding portion of the transcript.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 17, 2022Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Lubomira Assenova DONTCHEVA, Dingzeyu LI, Kim Pascal PIMMEL, Hijung SHIN, Hanieh DEILAMSALEHY, Aseem Omprakash AGARWALA, Joy Oakyung KIM, Joel Richard BRANDT, Cristin Ailidh Fraser

Publication number: 20240134597Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide systems, methods, and computer storage media for a question search for meaningful questions that appear in a video. In an example embodiment, an audio track from a video is transcribed, and the transcript is parsed to identify sentences that end with a question mark. Depending on the embodiment, one or more types of questions are filtered out, such as short questions less than a designated length or duration, logistical questions, and/or rhetorical questions. As such, in response to a command to perform a question search, the questions are identified, and search result tiles representing video segments of the questions are presented. Selecting (e.g., clicking or tapping on) a search result tile navigates a transcript interface to a corresponding portion of the transcript.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 17, 2022Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Lubomira Assenova DONTCHEVA, Anh Lan TRUONG, Hanieh DEILAMSALEHY, Kim Pascal PIMMEL, Aseem Omprakash AGARWALA, Dingzeyu Li, Joel Richard BRANDT, Joy Oakyung KIM

Publication number: 20240090076Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity may account for jitter in communications with a user equipment (UE) by adjusting connected mode discontinuous reception (CDRX) configuration parameters for the UE based on estimated downlink traffic arrival times. For a downlink traffic burst, the network entity may estimate a traffic arrival offset based on determining a traffic periodicity, an estimated arrival time associated with one or more packets of a traffic burst, and at least one jitter parameter. The jitter parameter may represent an uncertainty in the arrival time of the traffic burst. The network entity may select a CDRX offset value based on the estimated traffic arrival offset. The network entity may transmit (e.g., to a UE, such as an extended reality (XR) device) a message indicating the CDRX offset value, for example, as part of a CDRX configuration.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 12, 2022Publication date: March 14, 2024Inventors: Prashanth Haridas Hande, Marcelo Schiocchet, Chih-Ping Li, Hyun Yong Lee, Yuchul Kim, Mickael Mondet, Vinay Melkote Krishnaprasad

Patent number: 9720427Abstract: A controller for a voltage regulator is disclosed. The controller is switchable between first and second modes of operation in which the controller is adapted to control the regulator to operate in switching and linear modes respectively. The controller is further adapted to respond to an input voltage to the voltage regulator to enter a third mode of operation in which the input voltage is coupled directly to an output terminal.Type: GrantFiled: April 2, 2013Date of Patent: August 1, 2017Assignee: NXP B.V.Inventor: Kim Li

Patent number: 6080595Abstract: A method for estimating the thickness of a desired layer coated on a wafer includes steps of (a) forming a plurality of compared layers having the same composition of the desired layer, (b) measuring the thickness of each of the plurality of compared layers, (c) estimating a factor affecting the thickness due to a solid content in the plurality of compared layers according to the thickness of the plurality of compared layers, and (d) calculating the thickness of the desired layer coated on the wafer by introducing the factor. The desired layer is a photoresist layer formed by a spin coater. The plurality of compared layers in the step (a) are formed at different spinning rates of the spin coater. The factor is estimated by a linear regression method, and the linear regression method is used to obtain an equation representing the relation between the thickness of the plurality of compared layers and each corresponding spinning rate.Type: GrantFiled: February 19, 1999Date of Patent: June 27, 2000Assignee: Mosel Vitelic Inc.Inventor: Kim Li
