  • Publication number: 20180001849
Abstract: A wire harness includes a conductive path for electrically connecting devices to each other and a function enhancement part, in which one or multiple locations of an intermediate portion of the conductive path are disconnected, and disconnected portions of the conductive path are electrically connected to each other to enhance a function. The function enhancement part, in a state before the function is enhanced, is formed in a structure part in which a male connector provided on one end of a disconnected position of the conductive path and a female connector provided on the other end of the disconnected positions of the conductive path are connected together. The function enhancement part, in a state that the function is enhanced, is formed in a structure part in which one or multiple function enhancement part main bodies are arranged between the male connector and the female connector.

  • Patent number: 7291517
Abstract: Using a dry film resist that is a photosensitive resin, a resin mask layer is formed around electrodes on a substrate. A solder precipitating composition is applied on the substrate, and this solder precipitating composition is heated to precipitate solder on the surface of the electrodes. Subsequently, in removing the resin mask layer, at least one selected from glycol ethers and aminoalcohols is used. Thereby, the resin mask layer is removed after heating process. This makes it possible to easily remove the heat-processed resin mask layer in a short period of time without damaging solder resist and solder bumps on the substrate.

  • Patent number: 6860760
Abstract: A pair of engaging holes 15 are formed in side wall portions of the plug pin 1 and a pair of engaging beams 35 are formed on side wall portions of an insulating housing 3, the engaging beams 35 being pushed by an external contact 5 and moving toward a pin inserting hole 31 when the insulating housing 3 with the plug pin 1 press-fitted therein is inserted into the external contact 5. As a result, a pair of retaining pawls 37 are put in engagement with the engaging holes 15, whereby the plug pin 1 and the insulating housing 3 are fixed to each other. Since the plug pin 1 and the insulating housing 3 are fixed together by both press-fit engagement of the plug pin 1 into the insulating housing 3 and engagement of the retaining pawls 37 with the engaging holes 15, the strength of the fixing is enhanced.

  • Patent number: 6607399
Abstract: A coaxial connector includes a central contact, an insulating housing, a grounding shell and a clamp. Central contact, a cylindrical slim member, is formed by stamping a conductive thin metal sheet of phosphor bronze or other specially suitable material. The central contact has a forward end portion slotted to form a pair of leaf-spring-like contact pieces enabling resilient contact with both sides of plug pin. Plug pin is inserted into a contact receiving hole from the front side to establish electrical connections with contact pieces. Rear end portion of the central contact is integrally formed with an open-topped crimp barrel that has a U-shaped cross section in a plane perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the central contact. Crimp barrel serves as a conductor connecting portion that is crimped into contact with the central conductor of the coaxial cable once the central conductor is inserted into the central contact from rear end portion.
