  • Patent number: 7363151
Abstract: The present invention provides a map error information obtaining system which can promote the collection of the map error information as well as reduce the number of man-hours required for researching the site and verifying whether or not the collected map error information is accurate. The map error information obtaining system herein disclosed comprises a position detecting apparatus including image obtaining means for obtaining image data indicative of an actual condition of and in the vicinity of a current position, and a center apparatus, the position detecting apparatus being operative to transmit map error information including a position of the map information and image data where it is judged that there is a difference, to the center apparatus. The center apparatus is operative to correct the map information after verifying whether or not the difference in the map information is accurate using the image data.

  • Publication number: 20070143009
Abstract: Present location data positioned by a present location positioner and an image of the scene of the present location taken by a camera are transmitted to the outside via a radio wave receiver/transmitter. On the other hand, a route from the present location to a destination is set by entry of the destination, and the location a certain value of kilometers ahead of the present location is designated by an operation part in the set route. Then, image data including the data on the designated location is received via a radio wave receiver/transmitter, and the received image is displayed on a display part. Thus, the visual scene of the location designated in the route to the destination can be received and displayed beforehand.

  • Patent number: 6919948
Abstract: A liquid crystal panel 1 has a configuration in which an element substrate 10 including routing wiring 16 and a counter substrate 20 including scanning lines 25 are adhered with a sealing material 30 therebetween and, in addition, a liquid crystal is injected between both substrates through a liquid crystal injection hole 30a formed in the sealing material 30. The scanning lines 25 are brought into conduction with the routing wiring 16 through conducting particles 32 dispersed in the sealing material 30. However, the scanning lines 25, which have end portions reaching the neighborhood of the liquid crystal injection hole 30a, among the plurality of scanning lines 25, are brought into conduction with the routing wiring 16 through conducting particles 32 dispersed in a vertical conduction portion 37 or through the conducting particles 32 in both the sealing material 30 and the vertical conduction portion 37.
