  • Patent number: 9444296
Abstract: In a three-phase, four-pole, four-parallel-circuit stator winding of an electrical rotating machine, each of two sets of U-phase output terminals U1, U2 is formed of two sets of parallel circuits each formed of windings having a same pitch (one is formed of first and second winding circuits 1, 2 and the other is formed of third and fourth winding circuits 3, 4). The winding of each winding circuit is formed of two serially-connected coil phase bands (coil phase bands a and b form the first winding circuit 1 and coil phase bands c and d, coil phase bands e and f, and coil phase bands g and h form the second, third, and fourth winding circuits 2, 3, 4, respectively). A voltage vector phase difference and a voltage difference between the winding circuits can be eliminated without providing a jumper wire to winding end portions.

  • Publication number: 20150069866
Abstract: A cooling device mounted in a flow path formed by an internal space of a cooling fluid duct being mounted on the periphery of a frame of a rotating electric machine is configured in such a manner that at least one of the end-face portions between a first end-face portion through which a cooling fluid flows into the cooling device and a second end-face portion from which the cooling fluid flows out thereof is placed tilting with respect to at least one of a first orthogonal surface perpendicular to an inflow direction of the cooling fluid and a second orthogonal surface perpendicular to an outflow direction of the cooling fluid, or with respect to a flow-path-width's direction perpendicular to a direction in which an axis line of a stator extends.

  • Patent number: 8946956
Abstract: A fixing structure of a radial lead of a rotating electrical machine connects slip rings provided to a rotation shaft of a rotor and axial leads disposed in a center hole of the rotation shaft and supplying a current to a rotor coil. A radial lead is inserted into a radial lead hole penetrating through the rotation shaft in a radial direction from the center hole and a tapered male screw formed at one end is threaded into a tapered female screw formed in the axial lead while the other end is electrically connected to the slip ring. A sealing member installed to a step portion of the radial lead hole is fastened, via a spacer, by a fastening nut threaded into a straight screw of the radial lead, so that a side of the center hole is maintained airtight from an outside.

  • Patent number: 8525383
Abstract: A first slip ring and a second slip ring are put from both ends of a slip ring shaft, respectively, and are attached by shrink-fitting, the slip ring shaft being provided separately from a rotor shaft; the shaft diameter of a lead connecting portion is formed larger than the shaft diameters of respective slip ring attaching portions; and a coupling, which is attached by shrink-fitting to a shaft end portion on the rotor shaft side of the slip ring shaft after the first slip ring is attached by shrink-fitting, is provided.

  • Publication number: 20090004019
Abstract: An axial flow fan is provided having an airfoil shape that improves efficiency of the axial flow fan and increases the structural strength and workability/formability of the thin trailing edge portion. The axial flow fan includes a blade having a suction surface, a pressure surface, and a trailing edge surface; the suction surface has the same in shape as a predetermined airfoil including an NACA-series airfoil; a trailing edge portion on the pressure surface is different in shape from the predetermined airfoil. A feature is that the blade trailing edge portion including the trailing edge portions on the oppositely facing pressure and suction surfaces and the trailing edge, has a thickness greater than that of a trailing edge portion of the predetermined airfoil and strength equaling or exceeding a predetermined strength.
