Abstract: There is disclosed a tongue depressor which has a light function to visually examine or clean the inside of a mouth easily and effectively, and which can be operated even by one hand, and light deep teeth or a throat part without any reductions in the amount of a light. Because of a structure in which a hole is bored in the main body of the tongue depressor, and a lighting fixture such as a commercially available penlight can be inserted/pulled out, two functions, i.e., a tongue depressor and lighting, can be provided. A shape is simple, fabrication costs are low, and sanitary supervision is easy. Since the tongue depressor can be operated by one hand, mouth cleaning can be carried out by the other hand.

Abstract: A coating layer forming apparatus for minimizing the amount of the coating solution when forming a coating layer on a part and enhancing a dimensional precision of a formed surface of the coating layer. The coating layer forming apparatus has a rotation supporting device, a feeder (15), a layer former, and a coating removing device, maintains the inclined angle of a coating former for forming the coating layer at 30 to 70 degrees with respect to a tangential direction of rotation of a coating of a coating surface, and removes excess coating solution deposited on the coating former by a coating removing device.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method of formation of a coating film such as a lubricant coating on the surface of a cylindrical base material such as a piston wherein a waste of the lubricant coating solution is prevented and a lubrication action is maintained and a coating layer forming apparatus used for the same.

Abstract: A polyurethane resin composition which comprises (1) a polyurethane prepolymer in the form of liquid or solution, (2) colloidal silica and (3) a siloxane compound having a polyoxyethylene chain in the molecule maintains an excellent thixotropy even after solvents and additives are added and kneaded as the case may be.
