  • Patent number: 11179585
Abstract: A safety device for securing a person to a floor panel of a shuttering system. A base element secures a safety post. The base element can be placed on a floor panel of a shuttering system. The safety post has a personal safety element, to which the person can be selectively secured. A securing mechanism has a securing carrier, on which at least one engaging element is arranged, wherein the securing carrier is coupled to the base element. The engaging element can be adjusted into a securing position and a release position, wherein the engaging element can be engaged with the shuttering system in the securing position in order to fix the base element to the floor panel, and wherein the engaging element can be decoupled from the shuttering system in the release position in order to decouple the base element from the floor panel.

  • Publication number: 20210101031
Abstract: A securing device configured for moving along with a person to be secured is disclosed. A housing has a groove and two opposed sidewalls which are spaced apart such that the groove and the sidewalls partially enclose a securing means. A lever with an attachment region is provided, to which the person is attachable, wherein the lever is pivotally mounted between the sidewalls. The lever is adapted and pivotable such that, in a securing position in which the securing means is blocked within the groove against a displacement in at least one direction along the securing means, the securing means is pressable into the groove and the attachment region protrudes out of the housing for being operated, and a release position in which the securing means is displaceable within the groove, the lever is covered between the sidewalls in the housing, such that attaching the person to the attachment region is prevented.

  • Patent number: 10426982
Abstract: A securing device for securing a person has an axle element attached torque-proofly to a rope drum and rotatably to a support structure, such that, by the axle element, the rope drum is supported rotatably at the support structure. A lever is attached pivotably to the support structure at a deflection point. In a blocking position of the lever, a blocking section is coupled to the rope drum in order to disable a rotation of the rope drum, and in a releasing position of the lever, the blocking section is decoupled from the rope drum and the rope drum is rotatable. A thread section of the lever is coupled to a further thread section of the axle element, such that, upon rotation of the axial element, due to the rotation of the rope drum, the thread section is shifted along the axle element, such that, due to the shifting of the thread section, a rotation of the lever around the deflection point and an adjustment between the blocking position and the releasing position of the lever are effected.

  • Patent number: 10357702
Abstract: A system for controlling use of an exercise course by a person in a climbing park has a guiding element, which extends along a longitudinal direction and along which a person can move between a connecting section of the guiding element and a disconnecting section of the guiding element. A securing device is movably attachable along the guiding element between the connecting section and the disconnecting section. The securing device is connectable to the guiding element in the connecting section and is disconnectable from the guiding element in the disconnecting section. An identification device is configured such that, by the identification device, at least a connecting of the securing device within the identification section is identifiable, such that an occupancy of the guiding element with another person is identifiable therewith.

  • Patent number: 10036202
Abstract: A fall arrest device for securing a climber to a cable in a manner that prevents the climber from falling. The device can run along an elongate securing cable as the climber ascends and descends during use. The device has a base body having a guide element and a receiving body having longitudinal axis designed to receive the cable therebetween, a housing fastened movably on the base body, and a securing element having a first securing bolt. The securing element is fastened rotatably on the base body and the housing in order to clamp the cable against the receiving body to arrest the climber during a fall.

  • Publication number: 20170252584
Abstract: An assembly includes first and second ropes and a suspension element. The first rope is securable to a first attachment in a work area. A person can be coupled to the first rope. The second rope is available for lowering the person. The suspension element is secured in a securing region. A force-transmitting coupling is creatable between the second rope and the suspension element. The first and second ropes are coupled to each other over a first lowering region. The second rope is decoupleable non-destructively from the first rope from an end of the first lowering region. A person can be lowered in a second lowering region by the second rope. The weight of the person in the second lowering region is transferable from the second rope via the suspension element to the securing region.

  • Publication number: 20150114752
Abstract: A securing device includes a base body having a guide element, a receiving body, which has a longitudinal axis, a housing, which is fastened movably on the base body and a securing element having a first securing bolt. The receiving body is disposed on the base body so that the securing means can be guided between the receiving body and the guide element. The securing element is fastened rotatably about a first axis of rotation on the base body. A securing bolt is coupled to the housing such that during a movement of the housing relative to the base body, the securing element rotates about the first axis of rotation so that as a result of a first rotation, one end of the securing element is movable in the direction of the receiving body so that the securing means can be clamped between the receiving body and the securing element.
