Abstract: A winding apparatus, for winding saddle coils for deflection units of picture tubes, has a wire guide tube that is movable along the contour of the desired windings in three mutually perpendicular planes. A receiving device for the coil form is rotatable about its longitudinal axis. In another embodiment the coil form remains stationary and the wire guide tube has one end angled at 90.degree. and rotatable about its longitudinal axis.

Abstract: A toothbrush comprises a handle with a socket at one end. A brush-carrying insert includes a tongue removably mounted in the socket. A brush protrudes forwardly from the tongue. Adjacent a location where the brush is joined to the tongue, a laterally outwardly projecting sealing lip is formed on the insert, which lip bears elastically against a front rim of the socket. The tongue carries locking ledges of different heights which fit into a groove of the socket. The tongue may include a pressure projection which extends through a hole in the socket rear wall to present an exposed face which can be pushed against to expel the insert. Alternatively, the socket rear wall can be elastically displaceable for expelling the insert.

Abstract: A multiple part toothbrush includes a handle stem having a connecting part projecting outwardly from one end thereof and extending in a direction which forms an angle of about 7.degree. with respect to the handle stem. A brush head has a cavity therein, the connecting part being snugly receivable within the cavity to effect a removable mounting of the brush head on the handle stem. The connecting part can be inserted into the brush head cavity with either of two different orientations, whereby two different orientations of the plane defined by the bristle ends with respect to the handle stem are possible.

Abstract: For the toroidal coils of the deflection units for color TV picture tubes, groove rings are used which serve to hold the wires of the toroidal coil in place and to advance the deflection unit during winding. A design of the ridges of these groove rings is described which is more rugged than the known design and thus permits the winding speed to be doubled without the ridges breaking out.
