Abrading means (11) of the packer (7) is radially expanded and rotated, for rounding the well bore wall (10), and packing means (9) are radially expanded against the rounded well bore wall (10). The invention also relates to a packer (7) to be included in a production tubing (4) in a well bore (1), comprising radially expandable and rotatable abrading means (11) for rounding the well bore wall (10), and radially expandable packing means (9), for sealing between the packer (7) and the rounded well bore wall (10).
