    Abstract: A magnetic locking device has a magnetic latch device mounted in a door panel and an engagement device mounted in a door frame. The magnetic latch device has a magnetic latch assembly and a locking mechanism which are mounted in a housing of the magnetic latch device. The magnetic latch assembly has a latch bolt, restoring springs providing a restoring force to the latch bolt, and a magnetized element mounted in a latch portion of the latch bolt which is protrudable from the housing. The engagement device has a magnetic attracting assembly mounted in a latching seat of the engagement device. The magnetic attracting assembly can attract the magnetized element to move into the latching seat and to attach to the magnetic attracting assembly. The latch bolt will not bump to the engagement device while the door is closing.

    Abstract: An adjustable hinge assembly for a glass door has a frame fastening device, a door clamping device and an adjustable device. The frame fastening device is mounted securely to a doorframe and has two pivot sections protruding from the frame fastening device. The door clamping device clamps a glass door. The adjustable device has two pins mounted between and respectively pressing against the pivot sections. Because two pins respectively press against the pivot sections, pressing forces provided by the pins are sufficient and the structure of the adjustable hinge assembly for a glass door is enhanced. Accordingly, to frequently adjust the position of the glass door relative to the doorframe is unnecessary.

The stationary bracket is mounted securely on the doorframe and has a sliding actuator. The clamp assembly is mounted rotatably on the stationary bracket and has a first clamp assembly and a second clamp securely holding the glass door and two pairs of pivot pin clamp bolts. The first clamp assembly has a body, a pivot pin mounted rotatably through the stationary bracket and two pivot pin clamps securely holding the body on the pivot pin. The pivot pin clamp bolts securely hold the pivot pin clamps on the body of the first clamp assembly. The glass door is aligned with the doorframe by releasing the pivot pin clamp bolts and loosing the pivot pin clamps to align the sliding actuator and the pivot pin.

    Abstract: An indicating lock for a rimless glass door is composed of a seat assembly, a driving member, a latching member, an indicating ring, and a clamping member. The seat assembly has an interior seat and an exterior seat. The driving member has an interior disk and an exterior disk. Multiple magnetic elements are installed in the interior disk and the exterior disk with opposite polarities. By using the magnetic force, the indicating lock can be securely and easily installed on a rimless glass door without cutting the glass of the door. An indicating ring is provided between the exterior disk and the exterior seat. Those outside the door can conveniently know whether the door is locked by observing the indicating ring.

The head has detents and a striated surface. The hinge body has a right hinge leaf, a left hinge leaf and two rubber seals. The mounting device has a doorstop bracket, a bracket leaf and a central hinge pin. The doorstop bracket is mounted on the bracket leaf, and the head is mounted in doorstop bracket by a bushing and the central hinge pin. The central portion of the stop rod abuts a detent in the head, and the stop rod is securely mounted in the right hinge leaf.

Two pivoting devices are respectively and oppositely received in the radial passage. Each pivoting device is spaced away from one another by the central shaft. A support has a U shaped seat formed to securely receive therein the driving housing and the two pivoting devices. A piece of glass of the pivot door is able to drive the two pivoting devices to pivot relative to the central shaft so as to facilitate the smoothness of pivotable movement of the pivot door.

A mediate portion of the pivot pin includes two opposite flat surfaces and two opposite arcuate surfaces. A gasket is securely sandwiched between the first outer plate and the second outer plate to move therewith. The gasket includes a portion for securely engage with an edge of a frameless glass door.
