Abstract: A vehicle allocation management apparatus include: an acquisition unit that acquires parameter information on an automatic store desired by a user and location information on the user; an automatic store extraction unit that extracts, as a candidate automatic store to be allocated to the user, an automatic store with a predetermined positional relationship with the user based on the parameter and location information; and an automatic store determination unit that allocates, to the user, one candidate automatic store selected by the user from the candidate automatic stores. The parameter information includes information on a genre and/or a type of the automatic store, and the automatic store extraction unit further determines predetermined times for the genre and the type as the predetermined positional relationship, and extracts, as the candidate automatic store, the automatic store that can arrive at a place near a current location of the user within the predetermined time.

When an operation reception unit receives a request to play back a just-before portion while the video is being recorded, the recording control unit sets a subsequent moving image file that will be a new recording destination and closes a preceding moving image file that has been a recording destination, and a display control unit plays back the video, starting at a point of time reached by going back from an end of the preceding moving image file by a predetermined period of time.

Abstract: A main video acquisition unit acquires main video data including a video area of a shape having a curved portion from a main picture-capturing unit installed at a predetermined position in a moving object. A sub-video acquisition unit acquires sub-video data from sub-picture capturing units installed at different positions in the moving object. A combiner combines video data that is generated on the basis of the sub-video data and has a shape fitting to a free area other than the video area of each frame of the main video data, and arranges the video data in the free area. A file generator generates one moving picture file based on the combined video data.
