  • Publication number: 20110110046
Abstract: Disclosed is a reinforcement frame (38) fixed to an outer package (37) of a heated component unit in a display (69), wherein a first heat dissipation fin is included in the reinforcement frame (38). With such an arrangement, even when heat generated when a component unit (such as a backlight unit in a liquid crystal display) is driven, e.g. driving heat of various elements included in the component unit, is transmitted to the outer package (37) of the component unit, the driving heat is further transmitted to the reinforcement frame (38) which is in contact with the outer package (37) and dissipated by means of the first heat dissipation fin. Consequently, the various elements in the component unit are not impaired by driving heat.

  • Publication number: 20060170259
Abstract: A sensor body is interposed between a leg bracket and a lower rail and detects a seat load. A plate member of the sensor body is a unit including a circular strain element having an axial line in the vertical direction and a substrate extending radially from the strain element. An outer circumferential support member is attached to the leg bracket to hold the outer circumferential edge of the strain element. An inner circumferential support member is attached to the lower rail to hold the inner circumferential edge of the strain element. The strain element includes a strain gauge configured to output a signal in accordance with the load in the axial direction of the strain element on the basis of the distortion between the outer and inner circumferences. The substrate includes an electric circuit electrically connected the strain gauge and configured to process the output signal from strain gauge.

  • Patent number: 4999530
Abstract: In a planar linear pulse motor, the relative movement between the stator and the armature is positively restricted when no electric current is supplied to the drive coils by means of a lock member provided on either the armature or the stator. This lock member is attracted to a permanent magnet by its biasing magentic flux so as to be brought into contact with whichever of the armature or stator does not have the lock member on it. As a result, the armature may be locked up without consuming any electric power. If the lock member is attached to the stator or armature by means of an elastic member, the vertical dimension of the member attaching the lock member to the stator or armature can be reduced. Furthermore, the mechanical strength and the security of the engagement of the lock member to the stator or armature can be increased. As a result, the planar linear pulse motor disclosed is compact and highly reliable.
