  • Patent number: 10502337
Abstract: A solenoid valve includes a body having a flow channel, and a solenoid part coupled to the body. The solenoid part includes a core housing. A movable core can be accommodated inside the core housing. A flange part of the core housing is expanded radially outwardly from a guide part which guides the movable core. Further, a thick portion is provided at a boundary portion between the flange part and the guide part on a core part side. The thick portion becomes gradually thick toward the guide part.

  • Patent number: 10260640
Abstract: In a valve apparatus, an annular contact portion made of elastic material is provided on a valve portion of a valve plug. A plurality of annular grooves are formed on a proximal end surface of a valve seat member which abuts against the contact portion. The annular grooves are formed around a communication hole through which fluid flows. The annular grooves have different diameters, and are concentric with one another.

  • Patent number: 9874290
Abstract: A valve device is equipped with a body, a valve element drive mechanism, and a housing. The body has a tubular insertion section, in which a movable member of the valve element drive mechanism is inserted. A first flange is formed at an end of the insertion section that faces the housing. Furthermore, a ring is fitted externally on an outer side wall of the first flange. By projections, which are provided on an inner side wall of the ring, being embedded in an outer side wall of the insertion section, the ring is made integral with the first flange. The housing is of a bottomed tubular shape that covers the valve element drive mechanism, and an edge of an open end of the housing is crimped to the first flange through the ring.

  • Publication number: 20140084195
Abstract: A solenoid valve includes first and second attraction portions in the interior of a housing disposed on an upper part of a valve body. A movable iron core, which confronts the first and second attraction portions, is disposed displaceably in the housing. Further, in the interior of the first attraction portion, which is recessed in a concave shape, a first guide body is installed, the first guide body being formed in a cylindrical shape from a non-magnetic material, and a first rod member of the movable iron core is supported displaceably in axial directions by the first guide body. On the other hand, a cylindrically shaped second guide body is disposed on a lower end of the housing, and a second rod member of the movable iron core is supported displaceably in the axial directions by the second guide body.
