    Abstract: In a closed loop control method of a linear vibration actuator which vibrates linearly and energized by a switching element driven in a PWM control method, a crest or peak point (Bc, Bp) of the back electromotive force occurring in the linear vibration actuator is detected (S14). The detected crest or peak point (Bc, Bp) is compared with a reference value (Bcr, Bpr) (S15), and adjusting the PWM duty (?) applied to the switching element and controlling the operating frequency of the linear vibration actuator to resonant frequency (S16 to S19), thereby keeping the crest or peak point (Bc, Bp) of the back electromotive force always constant.

    Abstract: A gate driver for forcing a power transistor including a gate electrode insulated with oxide film into conduction or shut-off, the gate driver includes a first current source for outputting a first current value to raise an electric potential of the gate electrode for changing shut-off state of the power transistor to conductive state; and a second current source for outputting a second current value to lower the electric potential of the gate electrode for changing the conductive state of the power transistor to the shut-off state. The first current value and the second current value are assigned based on at least one kind of current-source control information. This structure allows preparing an appropriate speed of forcing the power transistor into conduction or shut-off with a small number of elements, and the gate driver can be used with ease for driving power transistors having different output sizes.

Document data of a certificate is retrieved from the database in the city office by operating a terminal in a store, the retrieved document data is merged with copy forgery preventing image data corresponding to characteristics of a printer in the same store, and the merged data is outputted from the printer.

The driver is equipped with a superposed-wave receiver coupled to a second end of the wiring section and a parallel converter for converting the serial signal into a parallel signal. The foregoing structure allows superposing the information about switching a phase-excitation for driving the motor onto the wiring section formed of a pair of cables, i.e. two cables, so that the information is transmitted.

The detector superimposes serial information about the motor-position to the power cable via windings of a transformer or a coupling capacitor. The serial information is obtained by converting parallel information about the motor-position. The serial information superimposed travels to the driver via the power cable. The driver receives the serial information via windings of the transformer or a coupling capacitor, and converts it to parallel information. The driver drives the motor according to this parallel information. The information necessary for driving the motor is superimposed to the power cable and transmitted through the power cable, so that a number of electric lines between the detector and the driver can be minimized.
