  • Publication number: 20200049768
Abstract: A relay welding detection device includes a voltage generator, first and second resistor strings, and a relay welding detector. A first relay is disposed on a first wiring line connecting a load to a first terminal of a direct-current power supply of a vehicle, and a second relay is disposed on a second wiring line connecting the load to a second terminal of the direct-current power supply. The first resistor string is connected in series to the first terminal of the direct-current power supply and the voltage generator therebetween, and the second resistor string is connected in series to the second terminal of the direct-current power supply and the voltage generator therebetween. The relay welding detector detects a potential at a connection point of two resistors of each of the first and second resistor strings to detect presence or absence of welding in the first relay and the second relay.

  • Publication number: 20100086348
Abstract: Disclosed is a technique of joining two cable racks together in a longitudinal direction thereof. A splice plate is used which has two insertion holes each formed at a position corresponding to a first one of two joint holes in each of adjacent ends of each of two longitudinally-aligned pairs of primary beams of two cable racks, and two lock protrusions each formed at a position corresponding to the other second joint hole, in a manner engageable with the second joint hole. The adjacent ends of the longitudinally-aligned pair of primary beams are joined together by means of engagement between the lock protrusions of the splice plate and the second joint holes of the adjacent ends of the longitudinally-aligned pair of primary beams, and fastening between two bolt and two nuts through the first insertion holes and the insertion holes of the splice plate.

  • Patent number: 6071643
Abstract: A battery jar material for sealed secondary batteries comprising a resin composition which comprises 50 to 98% by weight of (A) a styrenic polymer having a syndiotactic configuration, 2 to 50% by weight of (B) at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of polyolefins and styrenic elastomers, and 0 to 10% by weight of (C) a polyphenylene ether, or a resin composition which comprises 100 parts by weight of a resin component having the same composition as the above resin composition, 1 to 350 parts by weight of (D) an inorganic filler, and 0 to 5 parts by weight of (E) a polyphenylene ether modified with a polar group; and a battery jar for sealed secondary batteries made of this material. A battery jar material and a battery jar for sealed secondary batteries which show excellent heat resistance, resistance to electrolytes, resistance to oil and grease, electric insulation, mechanical strengths, and moldability and enable decrease in thickness are provided.

  • Patent number: 5623611
Abstract: A data processing apparatus having a bidirectional interface which usually remains in a receiving mode during operation ready to receive data signals from an external device over a receiving data bus. When the apparatus is to transmit a data signal to the external device, the data signal placed on a transmitting data bus automatically causes the bidirectional interface to enter transmitting mode in preparation for the transmission.

  • Patent number: 5555014
Abstract: For a printing operation, it is judged whether a print-direction indicated sheet is stored in a longitudinal sheet cartridge or lateral sheet cartridge. If the indicated sheet is judged to be a sheet stored in the longitudinal sheet cartridge, the presence of a sheet in the longitudinal sheet cartridge is judged. If a sheet is judged to remain in the longitudinal sheet cartridge, the longitudinal sheet cartridge is selected and a second feeding control unit feeds a sheet to perform the printing operation in a print engine. On the other hand, if a sheet is judged not to remain, the sheet cartridge is switched to a lateral sheet cartridge and a sheet is fed by a first feeding control unit. In this switching operation, the print data is developed to meet the switched print direction in a data developing unit so that the same print-out result as obtained before the cartridge switching operation takes place is obtained after the cartridge switching operation.
