  • Publication number: 20030179316
Abstract: An A/D converter samples TV signals during a blanking interval at a frequency fs which is higher than a transmission frequency ft of a teletext signal. A CPU finds a difference between the sampled digital data and a slice value to calculate a first address in which a sign of the difference reverses. Then, it compares the first address with a second address which represents timing and determines sampling timing of the teletext signal in accordance with the compared result.
