Cooling air leadout openings for leading cooling air in the motor cover to the outside are formed in the motor cover, the cooling air leadout openings being positioned inward of a peripheral wall part of the motor cover and outward of the inner hole of the cutter housing.

A cooling air inlet is formed in the motor housing, the centrifugal fan having a base part provided above the cooling air inlet, and the outer diameter of the base part being greater than the outer diameter of the cooling air inlet.
