  • Patent number: 11836743
Abstract: Blockchain-based systems and methods are used to control access to property. One system includes a mobile device, a key fob, and a server. The mobile device generates an encrypted code and transmits it to the key fob. The key fob transmits the encrypted code to the property and the server updates a log of the key fob in a hyper ledger. The property includes a computing device that validates the encrypted code and grants a key fob user access to the property. Another system includes a server that validates an access key and a first station that transmits an access key to a second station via the server and a satellite. The second station transmits data to the first station via the server and the satellite. The server saves a transmission log in a hyper ledger and transmits the access key in response to a request by the first station.

  • Publication number: 20210209614
Abstract: Blockchain-based systems and methods are used to control access to property or information. One system includes a mobile device or other smart device, a key fob or other e-key object, and a server. The mobile device generates an encrypted code and transmits it to the key fob. The key fob transmits the encrypted code to the property and the server updates a log in a hyperledger. The property includes a computing device that validates the encrypted code and grants a key fob user access to the property. • Patent number: 10878429
Abstract: Systems and methods allow customers to verify the authenticity or provenance of physical objects before purchasing or obtaining the physical objects. The methods involve scanning a code of or a pattern embedded or incorporated in a physical object in transit or upon creation, transmitting the scanned code and information of the physical object through the Internet, generating or updating a block based on the scanned code and the information, verifying or authenticating the block, and storing the block as an immutable part of a distributed ledger. The code or pattern is a unique identifier of the physical object. The methods may include capturing an image of the physical object (e.g., an identification card, document, or passport) or an object associated with the physical object to be used for secondary verification and generating or updating the block so as to include the obtained image in the block of the blockchain.

  • Patent number: 6186272
Abstract: An apparatus for cleaning bridges or other elevated structures includes a base element and an upper element that is vertically movable with respect to the base element. The upper element supports workmen for cleaning the structure. The floor of the upper element is made of a grid or grating such that debris falls through the floor and is collected in the base element. The base forms a collection hopper and includes a conveyor running along the center for carrying the debris to one end of the base for discharge of the debris. Hydraulic cylinders control the vertical position of the upper element so that the upper element may be placed at the desired elevation. The base element includes wheels and a hitch for allowing the apparatus to be towed on the highway to the structure to be cleaned or repaired.
