Abstract: A vehicle, provided with: at least an optical passage situated at a vehicle exterior for passing on optical signals; a number of elongate optical signal guides, extending between said passage and at least an optical signal processing unit situated in the vehicle, wherein the optical processing unit is provided with a transmitter for transmission of diverging optical signals; wherein an optical system is arranged to pass on light between the signal processing unit and proximal ends of at least a number of the optical signal guides, wherein the optical system comprises a collimator to collimate optical signals coming from the transmitter.
