The weather strip includes an installation base member operatively coupled on a body of an automobile at a periphery edge of an opening corresponding to a door, and a hollow seal member integrally molded with the installation base member. The hollow seal member protrudes to a side of the door at an outer side of the automobile and makes an elastic contact with the door when the door is in a closed position. An entire exposed outer surface of the hollow seal member and an outer surface of the installation base member continued from the hollow seal member are formed sequentially by a non-electric conductive material having the volume resistivity of 106? or greater.

    Abstract: In a lower seal composed of a mounting part 5 to be mounted to a door panel 3 by a clip 4, a main lip 6 that is provided in a protruding state by bending from the upper end of the mounting part toward the inside of a vehicle and a sub-lip 22 that is integrally formed in the lower end of the mounting part, and that covers a drainage hole 12 by elastically making contact with a paint sealer 11 mounted to a hem 9; a folding part 23 with a V-shaped cross section is formed in the sub-lip 22 so as not to damage the lower seal, because the folding part 23 makes contact with the margin of the insertion groove 17 and is folded and the lower end of the sub-lip 22 is drawn from the hem 9 and tucked by the pedestal 16 when the door panel 3 after mounting of the lower seal is carried to a cradle for the next process.

The upper seal lip and side seal lip are connected to each other by die forming, thus forming a connected portion thereof.     Abstract: There is provided a fixing structure of a door weather strip which comprises a weather strip for a car and an insert clip for fixing a molding part of the weather strip to a door panel. The weather strip comprises a molding part having an insertion hole, and bag-shaped fitting grooves which are formed above the insertion hole at an outer side of the molding part, each having an opening at the lower end thereof. The insert clip comprises a plate-shaped body part having a clip part which projects laterally from the body part and is inserted into the insertion hole of the weather strip to fix the weather strip to the door panel. The insert clip also comprises pawl parts which stand upright from the outer end of the body part, and each pawl part tightly fits in a corresponding fitting groove of the weather strip.
