  • Publication number: 20170327983
Abstract: A non-woven fabric, non-woven fabric producing method and an acoustic absorbent of desirable properties are provided. The non-woven fabric is a non-woven fabric including a plurality of ultrafine fibers configured from a thermoplastic resin, and comprises: a base portion configured by entangling of some of the plurality of ultrafine fibers; and a fiber bundle configured by entangling and bundling of other ultrafine fibers in the plurality of ultrafine fibers, and that is entangled with the base portion. The fiber bundle has a lower void fraction than a void fraction of the base portion.

  • Patent number: 9676440
Abstract: In a switch case of a handle switch of a vehicle, first to fourth operation elements are disposed on a case below an axial line of a handlebar of the vehicle. The first to third operation elements overlap with each other, when viewed in rear view, and are each disposed in such an accessible range as to be operable by a rider with a thumb in a state in which the rider puts a left hand on a handle grip attached to the handlebar. The fourth operation element is provided on the center side of the vehicle body in the direction along the axial line. Such vehicle handle switch allows improvement in the operability for a rider.

  • Patent number: 8686305
Abstract: This invention is directed to providing a handle switch which is easy in operating a horn switch and also can be easily distinguished from other switches. In a handle switch 30 of a vehicle, a horn switch 32 is disposed at a position which is overlaid on an axis line (D) of a handle grip 10 when a housing 60 is projected from a driver's front view direction and also on the vehicle body rear side further than other switches. Other switches including an optical-axis changing switch 31 and a turn signal switch 33 are disposed so as to deviate vertically with respect to the horn switch 32. The horn switch 32 is formed so as to be longer in the axis line direction of the handle grip 10, swinging about a swing shaft 36 installed at the end closer to the handle grip 10 by being pressed toward the vehicle body front side.

  • Patent number: 8357864
Abstract: A handlebar switch assembly for enhancing operability of a shift-up switch and a shift-down switch separately provided on a switch case. Viewing a switch case from an axis line direction of a handlebar, four zones are defined with the axis line, a rear upper zone and a rear lower zone, both located opposite to an occupant, and a front upper zone and a front lower zone, both located on the vehicle front side. A first shift switch and a second shift switch are swing-type switches in which operating elements swing when a pushing force is applied. The shift-up switch is located in the front lower zone so as to orient one end of its operating element outward in the vehicle transverse direction and the shift-down switch is located in the rear lower zone so as to orient one end of its operating element outward in the vehicle transverse direction.

  • Publication number: 20130015633
Abstract: A saddle type vehicle for permitting a change from a cruiser to a sport mode, a stand and front and rear steps. In the sport mode, a rider is in a forward-tilted posture with first and second link plates in a wide-spread state. The bend angle ?1 between a first line segment and a second line segment is a little less than 180°. When the first and second link plates are folded into a V-shape, a rear structure body is turned counterclockwise and a front structure body is turned clockwise. The bend angle ?2 is reduced. The road clearance of a drive source support case is smaller with the position of center of gravity and the seat being lower. As a result, a cruiser mode is achieved. While being a single vehicle, a change in the position of its center of gravity and in the vehicle body form is achieved.
