  • Patent number: 10151972
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a photomask according to the embodiment sets an exposure condition applied when a resist is formed into a three-dimensional target shape by using a photomask including a plurality of light-shielding areas. Subsequently, the method sets a hypothetical target shape obtained by correcting a target shape based on a development characteristic of the resist for the exposure condition. Subsequently, the method creates a pattern of the photomask corresponding to the hypothetical target shape. Subsequently, the method simulates a prediction shape of the resist when the pattern is used. Subsequently, the method calculates a cost function related to an error between the prediction shape and the hypothetical target shape. Subsequently, the method adjusts the pattern based on a result of the calculation of the cost function.

  • Patent number: 9490564
Abstract: A bevel portion extends from a front end of a plate-like electrical contact of the terminals to a lengthwise intermediate portion of the electrical contact, the bevel portion residing at an intersection of a width surface of the electrical contact with a thickness surface of the electrical contact. A step portion resides at an end of the bevel portion at the lengthwise intermediate portion of the electrical contact, the thickness surface extending in the thickness direction having one portion with reduced width defined by the bevel portion in the thickness direction. The other portion of the thickness surface continuing to an end of the step portion has an increased width in the thickness direction to define a press-fit portion. The electrical contact is inserted in a hole of a housing to the extent defined by the step portion and thereby provisionally locked with the press-fit portion press-fitted in the hole.

  • Patent number: 9356398
Abstract: A shield connector is for assembling of a connector housing and a shield shell acted by a small insertion force and locking the connector housing and the shield shell by a large holding force. A flexible lock arm having a projection projecting outwardly is arranged at an insulation connector housing. A locked member engaged with the projection is arranged at a shield shell in which the connector housing is inserted. When the projection is half locked with the locked member, the lock arm is prevented from bending to unlock. When the connector housing is inserted into the shield shell, the lock arm is bent and also the projection is press-fitted along an inner surface of the shield shell. A stopper facing and abutting on an inner surface along a bending direction of the lock arm is arranged at an outer surface of the connector housing.
