  • Publication number: 20220383217
Abstract: A negligence term score storage stores, for each of a plurality of words, a negligence term score that is an index representing the likelihood of appearance in a report indicating that an event has occurred due to negligence of an organization. A severity term score storage stores, for each of a plurality of words, a seriousness term score that is an index representing the likelihood of appearance in a report indicating that a serious event has occurred. A score deriver extracts the plurality of words described in the report to be analyzed, and derives a risk score that is an index representing the magnitude of the risk of the organization on the basis of the negligence term score of each of the extracted words, the seriousness term score of each of the extracted words, and a weight in risk evaluation determined in advance.

  • Publication number: 20160025134
Abstract: Each of the pockets 55 of a cage 50 for an angular ball bearing 10 includes a cylindrical hole 56 opened in a cage outer peripheral surface 50a and a conical hole 58 opened in a cage inner peripheral surface 50b. The inside diameter A of the conical hole 58 in the cage inner peripheral surface 50b and the diameter Dw of the ball 40 provide Dw?0.94; the constant distance C of the cylindrical hole 56 and the inside diameter B of the cylindrical hole 56 provide C/B?0.35; and, the minimum value D of the difference between PCD of the ball 40 and the outside diameter of the cage 50 and the diameter Dw of the ball provide D/Dw?0.04.

  • Patent number: 9151324
Abstract: A double-row angular contact ball bearing is provided with inner and outer rings, balls in two rows, a cage for holding the balls, and non-contact sealing devices made of a substantially disc-like member. Radial outer end portions of a metallic sealing device are respectively fit and swaged into grooves arranged at both axial end portions of the outer ring's inner circumferential surface. The ratio Ts/Tr is equal to or lower than 0.07, where Ts is the sealing device thickness and Tr is the outer ring thickness at the bottom portion of the groove. In addition, the ball diameter is equal to or greater than 75% of a half a bearing width to equal to or greater than 83% thereof. Furthermore, an axial width Tc of the radial outer end portion having a substantially U-shape is equal to or smaller than 2.7 mm.

  • Patent number: 7325974
Abstract: An endless belt (11) to be provided on a driven pulley (4b) and a pulley rotation support apparatus for supporting the driven pulley (4b). In the pulley rotation support apparatus, there is used a three-point-contact-type or four-point-contact-type radial ball bearing (14b). An offset quantity ?, which is an axial-direction distance between the center ? of a radial load applied from the endless belt (11) to the driven pulley (4b) and the center position ? of the radial ball bearing (14b), is set 40% or less of the pitch circle diameter of the radial ball bearing (14b). The radial clearance of this radial ball bearing (14b) is set 0.2% or less of the above pitch circle diameter.

  • Publication number: 20060025257
Abstract: The object of the invention is to provide a structure which not only can be reduced in size but also can secure the durability of an endless belt (11) to be provided on a driven pulley (4b) and a pulley rotation support apparatus for supporting the driven pulley (4b). In the invention, as the above pulley rotation support apparatus, there is used a three-point-contact-type or four-point-contact-type radial ball bearing (14b).
